How do I start playing?

How do I reset my virtual balance?
If you've run out of virtual coins, you can reset your balance by clearing your browser's local storage for BorealMapleView.com. In most browsers, you can do this through Settings > Privacy > Clear Browsing Data, then select "Cookies and site data."
Why aren't my statistics saving?
Statistics are stored locally in your browser. Make sure you're not using private/incognito mode and that your browser allows local storage. Also note that clearing your browser data will reset your statistics.
Can I play on multiple devices?
Yes, but your progress won't sync between devices since all data is stored locally. Each device will have its own separate game statistics and virtual currency balance.
The game isn't loading properly
Try these troubleshooting steps:

- Make sure JavaScript is enabled
- Try a different browser
- Check your internet connection
Technical Support
The age verification modal keeps appearing
This means your browser isn't saving local storage data. Check that you're not in private/incognito mode and that cookies/local storage are enabled for our site.
